Design, across mediums
I started my design career drawing floor plans as an interior designer. Somewhere along the way I traded physical spaces with digital screens.
I spent years designing homes and offices for people, which gave me strong visual design instincts and a very high tolerance for iterations and feedback. I also had a short phase as a wall muralist, which was very fun and chaotic.
When I moved into UX, Purdue gave me the research grounding, and working as an IC taught me how to turn ambiguity into shipped work.
Being a designer makes one realize the importance of small intentional decisions which makes experiences feel thoughtful, clear, and human.
From interior spaces to digital products, my design journey has always been rooted in human-centered thinking

Things I like
I love lines, so I keep drawing them in my iPad or sketchbook. I have a thing for old buildings like palaces, heritage structures, the kind of places where you can't stop thinking about the lives lived within those walls. History videos are a bit of a rabbit hole for me, usually the kind that are supposed to be fifteen minutes and are somehow two hours. And I never miss a chance to catch a sunset.
